Fuel tube sensors with an 54 mm hole circle are used in vehicles and machines that run on Diesel or gasoline fuel. The fuel sensor is immersed in the medium. A float located inside the fuel tube always moves on the surface of the liquid and changes an internal resistance that provides a quick and reliable display on normal tank display instruments.
MOTOMETER fuel tube sensors are of a robust design and, thanks to the special alloy of the resistance wire and the high-quality metal tube, have a reliable long service life.

Fuel tube sensors with an 54 mm hole circle are suitable for installation in vehicle tanks to a depth of approximately 800 mm. Due to possible surge forces, the fuel tube sensor with Ø 80 mm hole circle should be used where lengths exceed 600 mm. The versions are compatible for a voltage between 6 – 24 Volt.
