Brake pressure switches are used in vehicles and machines to close or open a contact when a defined pressure is exceeded. Suitable media are air, oil or water.
MOTOMETER brake pressure switches are available in different versions.
Operation is possible with 12 Volt or 24 Volt on-board supply system. Depending on the version, the switching point is between 0.5 bar and 9 bar.
Design variants:
679 001 xxxx opens when the pressure is exceeded
679 003 xxxx opens when the pressure is exceeded
Available only off-earthed:
679 002 xxxx closes when the pressure is exceeded
679 004 xxxx closes when the pressure is exceeded
Switching Point: 5.7 + 0.3 bar at 20°C with decreasing pressure
Switch Contact: Normally Open (NO)
